What's in Flatonia? Other than Robert's Steakhouse I have no idea.
I checked out Robert's Steakhouse after looking at good Yelp reviews. After looking through a pretty good selection on the menu I elected to go with the combo beef/chicken fajitas. Now, I'm as white as Queso Blanco, but I know a thing or two about good fajitas.
The first bite was a savory as any high dollar steak I've ever had. The rest didn't disappoint. Generous portion, cooked to perfection. Served with tasty rice, beans, pico, sour creme, and a respectable portion of guacamole.
Robert, my server was friendly, professional, quick, and my request for just one corn tortilla with my dinner (don't judge me) was delivered correctly. My tea didn't go dry.
This place is a hidden taste of Texas. I will try to fit in another bite while in the great metropolis of Flatonia. Now, what to eat next?
